How can you have multiple accounts? I thought you could only have one?

Only two accounts can be made under the same IP address. Using different e-mail and sometimes different IP addresses can allow the same person to have multiple accounts.

The rules state that you can only have one account per person, but sometimes that doesn't stop people from making more.

An IP address (Internet Protocol address) is a set of code linking a device to a network.
