I picked the young lup because he looks like he's laughing:
The old sylesti winced as he tripped over a stone and went sprawling. Stumbling upright, he continued, limping. It would be his last journey, one where none could follow.

Gray for old age, battle scars to show all the fights he's been in.
The child and her sylesti danced in the meadow, flowers braided in the girls hair and the sylesti's fur. The sun was warm and the buzzing bees and chirping birds sounded like a symphony just for them. The girl wished the day would never end.
Design the girl, the sylesti or both. And ping me, I want to see :)

Bubble boil toil and trouble, the wind whistles round this creature as it preforms magic. The sorcerer Sylesti is most likely up to no good.

The small sylesti was dashing around the cold stone floor in an attempt to escape the fighting. Suddenly a claw swipe missed it's target and sent the sylesti sprawling across the ground and slamming into a wall. "My Baby!" It's parent yelled, forgetting about the sylesti it was fighting and running to it's injured child. The fighting slowly trickled off as the other sylestis stopped to stare, suprised by the uncharacteristic attitude that had come over the usually cruel sylesti.

The sylesti rose victorious, though badly wounded. Slowly, they limped away from the battle grounds, leaving behind a trail of blood. They looked onward, ignoring the pings of both physical pain and mental pain from both the war and the loss of their friends. With dull eyes and practically a broken everything, they continued to limp towards an isolated area to either heal themselves, or if it's too late, drop dead.

Sparkling the colors shift along the scales of this creature, as it makes its way from the sea and into a nearby cavern, forgotten dreams cling to its aura.

The desert winds shimmered with heat as the Sylesti trudged along. It lifted its head, panting, and desperately scenting the air for life-giving water, but its hopes were disappointed. Resigned, the Sylesti continued its journey through the shifting sands, knowing that unless it found water soon, its journey would be in vain.
