(Several uses of intelligence: more accurate hits while battling, greater chances of dodging, more persuasive, greater accuracy while trying to find stuff, etc.)
(Am I supposed to keep track of how much intel I have?)
I continue leaning on the wall and reciting the ahaha badabadayee and Oh no sulianliulianarethrowingliuliansfromaliulianplaneonaliulianhouseandgracetama.
The room consists of you, the bag, and the bed. You stacked the bed and the bag together, and you were able to pull yourself up. It took you a significant amount of time and energy to get up there, but eventually you did.

[Intelligence +1]
As you struggled to keep your arms from shaking, the hole closed below your feet, leaving your backpack forever lost in the floor below you (no worries, you still have starter supplies, and fyi, you have to choose between backpack or your life, so yeah. Nice decision =D). The woman in dark hair reappeared, "Huh, didn't expect a trackedto make it. Fine. You're in the 2nd round." she pulled and twisted some invisible thing with her fingers, and you felt a sharp pain in your left arm, "A poison has been injected into your arm. Find the remedy before you time runs out." she disappeared into the darkness. With that, a countdown clock appeared out of nowhere. It reads, "1:00:00, 0:59:59, 0:59:58, 0:59:57..."
What do you do?
a) use an item
b) search randomly
c) others
I dig through my backpack, searching for anything helpful. (What's an iodine tablet do?)

(Yea like I said you keep track of ur items and stats, not me.)

(No you don't)
You punched the wall for some time and your knuckles started bleeding. You looked around and found some pillows that might be a better punching bag than the wall. There were also some books under the pillow, a bed, a table, and a chair.
