"Pardon, but my name isn't Germany..." Austria said, looking slightly miffed. "We managed to get France dead drunk. We tied him up and stuck him in Germany's basement. Japan has not responded yet, but we are lead to believe that he is most likely at home."

"Thank you, Japan" she smiled, before frowning, "I-I'm sorry for causing you so much trouble.. I hope big brother doesn't come for you.."
"Thanks.... man." America said, looking at the black flower with the frosted tips.
"Merci..." France said.
"Yes. Mercy. We need mercy." China said.
"Not Mercy. Merci. It means thank you in French." France said.
"We still need mercy." China said.
"Well then, let's get to the fun parts, shall we? When do we start fighting, hmm?" Siberia got a crazed look in his eyes, tinting them red, and the air around him began to swirl with small snowflakes. "Let's have a lot of fun... I like my enemies to have a cold, cold death."
"Nein... I wasn't busy." Germany said, setting down the book he was reading.
"Do have a seat." he said, gesturing the seat opposite. "I see you got past the alps..." he said thoughtfully.
"Yes. A jolly duo, those two." Atlantis smiled as she accepted his offer to sit. "Would you like anything to drink?" She crossed her hands in her laps. "And, as you probably already know, I am here to talk to you about the war. Although, I have no interest in your and your side's secret plans and whatnot.
