Skaaul didn't knew that Lazi they were speaking about but from what he had understood from the exchange she wasn't working with the empire. Catching Elenor looking at the cristals of his tail he give her a playfull smirk and wave his tail slightly. " Like what you see ?"

Elenor frowned, unsure of what the dragon meant. "It's a... tail." she said slowly. Was that what he was looking for? She had no idea, but she gave it a try anyway. She flicked her own tail uneasily, listening to the river burble nearby and the sounds of the city waking up.

He shook his head, a bit anoyed with himself. " You were staring at me, i am guessing this isn't a saying that work around here. Anyway... you were saying that you freed a dragon from the empire, from my experiences it isn't an easy feet, who were you working with ?"

Lazi watched them work, letting out a sigh as she waited, hoping they could have action soon.
"Yes, we better not be caught," She didn't want to go to a cell again, it was boring and the guards didn't even question her, what type of dragons where they, idoits?

Vernik hissed softly at Skaaul's joking tone and rolled his eyes before stomping away, "Come with me if you must," He said in an impatient tone before heading to Cesura's tent, wanting to have a talk with her. He was overjoyed that Lazi was alive and okay, but still didn't know where she was, at least he knew she was alive.

Elenor ducked her head, looking at her talons again. She had to stop staring at people, she knew that wasn't taken well.

The other dragon stalked off. He hadn't even asked where Lazi was. His problem; for now, Elenor seemed to have initiated in a conversation with the now-irritated stranger in front of her.

"You've tried to free dragons before?" she changed the subject, picking up the information he let slip. Deliberate or not, she found herself wary of this mysterious dragon who smelled of fire and death and had a history she couldn't imagine.

---

Kai'hel ground his teeth, thinking. "What are the timescales here? There are already several dragons up that I passed, and others will be rising for this festival. To get to these tunnels will we have to pass many guards or other witnesses?"

Not wanting to tell to much about himself without knowing who he was speaking with he kept his answer vague. " Let just say i learned a couple of things from where i came from, protecting others is one of them..." With his sent, he knew he coudn't quite pass for a 'normal' dragon, the smell of his fire would probaby alwais cling to his scales due to how often he was using his armor in the wild so admiting it wasn't too mutch informations about his status from his point of vew, besside his pride would never let him say otherwise.

Something he had to hide, or was it just because she was a stranger? Either way, she couldn't ignore the fact that they had the same purpose. To protect. But again, they were strangers. And that's how everyone would always be to Elenor, just like they always were.

All the information she could imagine getting from this dragon revealed, she had nothing left to say. She looked out across the river to where dragons were emerging from homes. It was that festival thing again, she should probably find her cave and wait until nightfall. She hadn't slept, she was tired though she didn't let it show. But she'd never learned to end conversations before and had no idea how to proceed - every other time she'd talked to a dragon they'd quickly disappeared off on their own.

The ackward silence that followed brough him to look where the dragoness was staring for a moment, using that time to think. " Tell me, is there a resistence in this town or are you working for a third party ?" It was mostly a mix between his past and personal issues against the empire that had brough him to ask about it, nobody would own him and he was ready to make sure of it, but somwhere in the middle of that he also wanted this place to be free from all the corruption that the empire had brought.
