"Christmas Songs" Challenge

Alright everyone, the moment you have all been waiting for has arrived. This years golden global awards go too....Oh wait...This is Top 3 not the Ocars, Emmys or what have you. Though for us it is just the same on a more regular basis. Sorry about the mix up, but each TOP 3 is just as important as the last. And this one will be no different. With that aside, this week proved to be quite the challenge in deciding on whom placed. No joking, we had to use the wheeldecide.com site just to assist when we all 3 hit a stale mate. There were just SO MANY great designs, and songs to choose from. However, in the end these three did stand out amongst the rest of the wonderful artists//designers. So I hope you all can agree and help the DCU congratulate this week's TOP 3....

@Amberwing Your puffadore was a really cute representation of your song of choice. The soft peach coloration worked well with your dark gray colors. Your muted tones brought about an appealing elegance to the over all design, and you were picked without doubt by all 3 judges. Very well done this week. @Dragon....We all agree that Trans-Siberian Orchestra is amazing. We do enjoy their work, and you selected an excellent piece that they do a cover of. Your morrkko(s) are also just as beautiful as the piece itself. The soft muted tones against the darker hues was a brilliant idea on your part. Keep up the amazing work that you do hon. @Limor.....You did an outstanding job this week Limor...Not only hosting, but your designs for this Christmas tune was an interesting and beautiful piece. I honestly never thought to use colors within that color combination before. I like the risks you take, and it shows that risks do some times really pay off. I did enjoy the song. It wasn't overly poppy like a lot of Christmas songs are, and it is quite original. I think you defiantly earned your place in the TOP 3 this week. Keep up the amazing work that you do!

A Winter Ball - Challenge

Wither you are in a winter wonderland of snow, or simply chilly temps...You too can still enjoy a variety of activities during these trying times. And to help boost up the holiday spirit, how about we throw an enchanting winter ball?! Virtually of course...So spruce up your Sunday best, and design a pet or avi around the elegance of going to a fancy ball where your design is to shine like that main attraction. Don't feel afraid of pulling out all the stops, and taking a few risks. You want your avi or pet to stand out from the rest of the herd so to speak. Just remember to follow all the requirements, and keep everything to one post only. Good luck, and I will see you all at the ball!
