I do believe that the last one, this being a draeyl, much like a deagon, seems to be the fire type, as the fire type would be is a hot place, and dragons normally live in caves...

Chapter 8:

The group begins to walk towards the bridge when suddenly a fiery vulnyx appears out from the trees and attacks Ivodince. It's paw hits a fatal blow and they are gone.

The large cat snarles and hisses, the large flame between its horns burn brightly.

Could this be the third forest friend the ent talked about? The cat doesn't look as strong as the faelora and kelpari. Even when the faelora was hurt (presumably from running away from the ent leader) this vulnyx looks weaker. It is more bark than bite (though humans are obviously a lot weaker than Sylesties, as seen by Ivodince's unfortunate death).

This is an individual vote. If both Komadori and Mewzzer battle the vulnyx, random.org will be used to determine who is victorious in battle, the other person will die. If one of two players decide to battle, random.org will determine if they are victorious, if they are not they will die. Traps will not be taken away if either person battles. If you pick the wrong colour of trap, there will be a chance of death (determined by random.org... if you don't think you have the right colour then choose to not use one). Komadori and Mewzzer can use their remaining traps to attempt to capture the vulnyx instead.
