Back outside you follow the trail across the ruin until you reach a strange carved pillar, the stone had clearly seen better days and most of the runes and drawing had been erase over the years. A thick layer of purple vines was covering the lowest part of the monument, you could however figure out that it was use as a major landmark of some kind.

The vines had started to dig their roots in the small oppening in the pilar so you only manage to uncover part of it, enough to make out the shape of a wolf like beast carved in it. The creature was depicted with fin at the basse of it's jaw and a long tail, giving it the look of an enphibian beast but somthing in the way it was portrayed didn't gave it a dangerous look.

I touch it gently and inspect it carefully to see if I can find a secret entrance/button/anything.

The stone was mostly smooth to the touch but there was no mecanisme hiden in it, your hand however came across another carving hiden beneth the thick foliage. While it wasn't possible to remove the vines from around it, you could figure out that it was a bird of some kind.

As you keep on walking around you came across a pile of bones, it seem to be the skeletton of snake like creature. Small niddle like cut and purple lignes across the bones gave it an unnatural look, as if it wasn't suposed to have been alive but had served another purpus.
