"Russia, truth or dare?" Hungary asked.
"Dare. It seems like the more fun way, da?" Russia asked.
"Russia, I want you to make out with -"
"How about we let someone else decide?" America said, interrupting her.

She threw a pen at Russia, it was a permanent marker, "Pick someone and write something on any of their body parts. Anything you want" she smiled innocently

She decided to let go of Eliope to pick up the flour water, which was a sticky.. she smiled and then walked over to America and pushed it into his face, "I'm sure England would love to remove it for you~" she knew Japan would tell her off for being so mean, but she couldn't help it.
