(I keep forgetting to ping. I'm sorry i don't mean to.)
As soon as you say 'Come here' the wind obeys, stronger than before. It's a command you should remember for later. Now you can see lots of other colours coming your way, the colour of midnight, sliding along the ground like oil. It must be the scents of the Onyx Moon Clan coming to you as well.
It's getting difficult to see the blobs of colour from your creature friends, still speeding away. You take that as them being a safe distance away. Now you need to run and hide your scent at the same time.
I maintain my focus as I walk knowing if I go faster I risk lososing focus, "Come here." I keep whispering to the wind.

(Never a good idea to tempt fate >:P)
Looking out, you're shocked to see an Orc with a large hammer poised to strike Balthur, who is quivering in panic. No one has noticed your tent yet because the Wyvern is spreading its wings in a shoddy attempt to hide your presense, but the band of Orcs and Goblins doesn't appear to be that perceptive. The Wyvern is keeping most of the raiders at bay, but can't do anything to protect Balthur or the cart that is being ransacked.
No one's noticed yet, but you need to act now.

With each time you say it, the wind gets stronger and stronger. Eventually you have no option but to go slower, struggling to keep standing up. Objects fly past you, perhaps uprooted tents and the ashes of fires. They swirl around you, like you are the eye of a storm.
You realise that you actually are the eye of a storm. A tornado is forming around you, debris caught up in it. You need to get control over this before you burn yourself out and cause too much destuction.

"Enough," I try to calm the wind.

Orcs and Goblins aren't very intelligent, but are dangerous when angry. If you're going to bluff and scare them off, you'll need to do it before they're worked into a rage.
You're on your own. If you're really doing this, you'd better make the performance good.
Balthur's advice from before echoes in your mind. A good story can change people, or something like that. Now you're seeing how that can apply to many situations.

Nicote groans-no trees. He'll have to make do.
He creeps around towards what he hopes is the back of the group.

Upon saying that word, you feel like you lose your grip of the storm entirely. Being an amatuer at influencing the wind, there's no way you're getting control of it again. It rages on, swirling around you... and moving. You are no longer its centre, and it is beginning to do things on its own.
With whatever reserves you have of your magic after spending so much building up the storm, you're going to have to figure out a way to escape without getting puller into the tornado.

(Your self-criticism was hilarious, but your speech was actually pretty good I thought - and no worries, I'm enough of a cringey embarassment here that you won't have any troubles c;)
Everyone whirls round, even Balthur and the Wyvern, and half of the Goblins drop their weapons on the spot and run, yelping all the way.
The leader of the group, the large Orc holding Balthur hostage, steps towards you. "Foul demon, we know not of any 'Moonsword' Clan. Whatever you are, get lost and we might not hurt you," his comrades cackle, some more nervously than others.
You've captured some of the audience, now you need to get the rests' attention.
