Heh, yeah... "Seamonkeys" was me. I had a hard time remembering the word "Sylvorpa" when I first started playing. My boyfriend even asks me, "So how are your seamonkeys today, babe?"

>.< Silly, I know. But they will forever stay that way in my mind at least.

That's cute, Frawn!

I've always seen them as similar in body structure to Vaporeon, one of my favorite Water-type Pokmon.
I bit more amphibian-like, but still fairly similar.

In other news, I have a gaggle of new (and old) critters for sale (even some notvorpas!)...so many in fact, that I'm past my self-imposed 2-tab limit! So take a peek and see if there's anything that tickles your fancy (you do have a fancy, don't you?). ^.^

Of note, I have a couple PB Black Toads with carried Encroaching Seaweed, some 3-Vis PB Emperors, and a 1-Vis PB Water Snake in the mix.

I will probably start releasing soon, starting with the adults.

Grabbed some, Frawn.

PS They all wanted lunch! Don't you give them lunch?

Oh my... I hate when Rosemary lets herself out quietly without saying goodbye! >.<

Thanks for buyin' my pretties, friend! ^.^

EDIT: Thanks to Celuwen, MistDragon, Taptothebeat, and SparklingGanymede (and past/future others) for buying 'em up too! I appreciate it, guys! <3

Greetings, fishfans! Mind if I join in the fun?

First time posting, but I've been lurking for a little bit. I looooooove vorpas. Like crazy. I like looking at them, I like buying them, and I like breeding them.

Some of my favorite vorpas:

These and my other sylvorpa are in their (full!) pond/tab: https://www.sylestia.com/stables/?stable=44774&tab=1 Coming soon: Vorpa Pond II. xD

If other members desire breedings with any of my vorpas, feel free to send a PM :)
There are a couple I'm saving for disruption, but most are fair game to ask about.

Even my starter is a vorpa. Meet Asculgamen:

I do like the term Seamonkeys, Frawn. SpaceElf is being wonderfully pedantic in realising that Sylestia geography means they're fresh water tadpoles. He's probably correct. They mostly remind me of sea lions, however; the large eyes and whiskers more so than their land agility. I don't see the amphibian part (Other than the land/water bit), are you thinking salamander/newt, Elf? :)

MistDragon, they remind me of Vaporeon too! Though my favourite water type Pokemon is Swampert. Despite my love for Vaporeon.

Welcome, Abs. Crazily loving Vorpas is surely a normal state of affairs? Right? Asculgamen is adorbs. I might be biased as I love Henna. You have so many pretty Deep Water Vorps! :D

Is everyone working on a festive design?

Actually, they really remind me of axolotls, Celuwen. In particular, they have the same frill of gills behind their heads--

We're real, and we're extremely cute and personable!

Their mouths, like the mouths of dolphins, naturally tend to curve into a little smile--

Ooh, I found a shiny round thing!

For those who are interested, they aren't all white and pink--

In fact, we're pretty diverse.

Many varieties make good pets, and you generally don't have to worry that your pet axolotl was despoiled from the wilderness. Aquarists have been breeding them in captivity for years--

So can I come home with you?

BTW, it is cool to be part of a group where people can use words like "pedantic" with the knowledge that everyone will know what it means.
