Aris traveled down with Atropos back into the forest. As they walked through, she wrapped her tendril around a fruit and ate at it. "Wonder how soon we'll find the next spirit," she said.

"Oh, oh yeah, that's true." She looked over at Atropos. "They're these tendrils things that puffs have. They're good for sensing and feeling stuff in the air, like if someone's coming or not, but I feel like I never really had a need for them." Aris tried to remember her life before waking on the island, imagining she was a house pet that lived in luxury. Her senses through her tendrils might have been dulled in exchange for being able to control them and pick things up at will for them, but she hoped that being out in the wild would sharpen those senses again.

"Huh. Interesting!" Atropos exclaimed as one of her new glowy orbs floated over to Aris and poked one of her tendrils. "Well, I wonder what we can find this time..."

"My orbs are... weird." Atropos mused. "They seem to be separate from me, although they listen to me, but they kind of have their own life." She continued deeper into the forest, looking for interesting stuff.
