He hopped out and popped open the trunk and door to the back seat on sight of Joji and Boss.
"Looks like he's really got your hands full already."
He laughed, kneeling down to a crouch to hold his hand out to the approaching dog.
"Don't die on your first day, okay? We're trying to keep a good track record around here."

Kiyo was not as stupid as some people would leave you to believe and caught sight of the man following him through a window.
He stopped and fished out a cigarette and his lighter.
"Can I help you?"

Hatter smirked, "You wish you could," He said dryly, his sense of humor coming in a bit or what he had left.
"I was curious, that's all. Why would someone in there right mind, other then me of course, would threaten someone? I mean that tattoo on your head looks splendid," He chuckled a little, anger gleaming in his eyes, "Let me guess, your with wind boy?"

He lit a cigarette, pressing his back against a rundown building.

"If I was I would have killed you..." He trailed off, like what he had said did not apply to what life was like now, "I mean I would have called for backup, your pretty wanted around here," He smirked watching him light the cigarette.
Letting Kiyo create smoke could be dangerous for him, but then again he did feel like fighting.

Kiyo didn't exactly like fighting. Especially little pretentious punks. He rolled his eyes and just smoked in silence for a moment.
"You're really quite full of yourself, aren't you? Wanted or not, I have no fear of the law and I have no fear of you. You're not anyone I'm assigned to kill or care to, so I suggest you run along."

"Run along," Hatter repeated looking outraged, "What do you think I am, some person you can just push around," He started trembling in fiery, the knives hidden on him starting to vibrate.
He liked feeling angry, angry didn't hurt you emotionally. Angry didn't make he feel like a failure, anger made he feel powerful. Maybe he was a tad overconfident, but even if he got hurt he had no reason to live, no purpose.
