"I know, but we only plan on kidnapping 10. We just thought it'd be fun to scare all the nations because the big nations have all disappeared" she smiled, "Of course, America would also go missing, but do you care too much?" she sighed, "The reason we think a world meeting would be better is that everyone being kidnapped attended a certain event. If we were suddenly in the room, but weren't there when they were kidnapped, it would get suspicious. Unless if we work on gathering everyone together into one smaller room and then someone else does the work of moving the bodies to a certain place and tying them up, causing us to also be affected by the sleeping gas."

As she wasn't relying only on her senses to figure out Japan's movement she wasn't too disturb by that. She turn around and throw severals scalpels at him.
