"you have water powers, yes?" Alex asks, looking over at her "you'll love this place, then. the whole city is powered by hydroelectricity. there's water everywhere in this city" she says. "theres also some solar panels, but mostly hydroelectricity"

I groan in annoyance "what's the attatuide to fire here?"

"we don't discriminate against powers, here. we just use hydro electricity because we're surrounded on water on all sides. " she explains "it's pretty cool, actually. the pride festival is really awesome. you get these biodegradable lanterns in whatever flag you want, and you light them and let them float into the air. they act like stained glass and paint the ground beneath them in their colors, and with all the different combinations it's magical"

Maple jumped happily 'water= Alone time' she looked at her "can we swim in the water?" She asked looking at her curiously

"the water is safe, yes" Alex says "but i wouldn't suggest swimming here. this is where all the boats come in, and they can't see you in the water so you might get hurt. we have plenty of beaches though"

"but this boat is taking forever to even get there" she says going back to her hammock

"yeah, but the view is awesome" i grin, leaning over the edge. a seagull flies past my head, nearly hitting me. on the dock, i spot a familiar red headed girl- ruby. she's ordering people around, and in her hands is a map, which she looks at occasionally.

when we pull into the dock, the crew disembark first, saluting her as they pass. she returns the salute, and they part ways, with Ruby joining us on the deck. Alex greets her with a salute, which she mimics, before dropping her hand to her side. "good morning, ruby" Alex greets. "good morning to you as well, Alex. i received your message" she says, cutting to the chase "you say maple left someone behind in her escape?" she asks, setting the map down on the nearest smooth surface and weighing it down with a compass and a few rocks.

Maple threw her bag over her shoulder walking out of the room and onto the boat with everyone else, she saw Ruby but kept her mouth shut

"yeah, she left the bees guy" i tell her, as ruby walks off. "jack?" she asks. i nod. "and a cat" i add. ruby rolls her eyes at me, i ignore her. "alright, i'm going to tell you all something, this does not leave this group ok? no one else gets to know but maple" she says. i nod, leaning in close. "i have been planning to raid the facility for a long time, and when i raided it the first time, that was a test run. with your help, i think we can get the pills we need" she says, pointing at the map.

"this is a map of the inside of the facility. now, my mother -angela- stay here" she says, pointing to a room in the very center of the map. "if we attack at night, we can be sure that's where she'll be. i assume everyone knows what her powers are?" she asks, looking up

"No," I admit, not knowing Angela's powers. "....is that lame of me?" Probably.
