"As long as you get the supplies to us, me and my sister can set up the house in a day or so. Around Halloween the nations would be expecting it. Surprise is best, no? I say we throw it on them as soon as it's ready." she smiled, "You were right, we probably should gather the nations in a small room and gas them there rather than at a world conference. If we say in a month the house is ready, we can discuss dates to get everyone into that room and where."
