Oh, this is a great idea! I can contribute 5 magical pies and all of my Sunsongs. I have a few of them for sale in the sale tab of my first stable. I could just give them to you. And in the 3rd stable in the 3rd tab are lots of sunsongs you could breed with, if you wanted to.
Traits aren't that important for me. There's almost no vorpa trait I don't like.

<Professor Farnsworth voice> Good news, everyone! </voice>
I have negotiated the purchase of four previously-released Sylvorpas! Behold:
1GP re-genable Halloween female
1GP re-genable Cool Night male
1GP re-genable Dark Waters female
1-Visible (Lotus Scales) Lochness Monster male
The re-genables are going to get the star mutator treatment, so stay tuned!
And, of course, I'm happy to share... Just ask. ^.^

Ohh goodness I'm glad you were able to rescue that Lochness, it's so beautiful!
Looking forward to seeing the makeovers the other ones get c:
Edit: Brought back two released vorpas of my own, yay! Two black toads, each with two gene points to assign and unmutated. So many choices though, 'tis difficult to pick a look for the silly critters.

Whoooaaa...
I am absolutely loving the third one with Sharp Webbing and African Gecko. Wow. How have I not tried that gene on them?
Mind. Blown.
But. If you're liking that Amazonian look, I've got a project going featuring that gene. You could probably pick one up at any stage of my breeding, once that trait is visible. Just something for you to consider! ^.^
Also, I'm glad you called your critters back! Hooray for second chances!

@Frawn
Stat breeding just means that the baybeh's base stats (the stats they were born with) will be higher. Last I checked, max stats were 100 for strength, intelligence, dexterity, and agility, and 2000 for health. Exclusive themed eggs hatch with around 22/22/22/22/210 for non-fabled if there are no nurture clicks or hatching assistance, iirc. What I'll be doing is interbreeding a population of vorpas with similar stats (in this case, sunsongs) and applying the same stat philter to each of their hatching offspring. So, with each generation following that, the base stat that has been philtered will collectively rise, as long as I don't breed them with any non-philtered PBs.
Does that make sense? ^^;;
@MistDragon
If you decide to disrupt and end up with traits you'd like to see in the project, ping me, and I'll include it in the mix. :>
@SpaceElf1
I'm not particularly fond of the obnoxiously orange armor with this theme, but I'll include those genes in the the mix. If you have offspring with Henna, I will need those because I don't have many with that trait. So far, it's looking like Bio-luminescent Wings and Angler Lights will be the main focus, and I do love Iridescence. :D
@Swirl
Since Dragonfly Wings are difficult to breed out, I'll pass on your gent, but those lovely ladies will do. Thank you! ^^
I'll add yours and everyone else's contributions to my spreadsheet for record keeping purposes. :D
I've never attempted a breeding project before, but the mechanics of this are pretty simple. Here's the game plan:
I'll be narrowing down the desired traits within the first four generations to have my set pool of pets I'll be inbreeding with. Let's call this portion of the project Phase 1. Because this'll be my large-ish "starter" population, I will not be using pies or prismas because those are expensive. This phase is specifically what I bought an asston of lesser philters for.
For Phase 2, I'll be using greater philters. Since greater philters are way cheaper than prisma philters (and so are pies on the broker, tbh), the next four generations will be bumped up using greater philters. This also allows me more space for trait selection because there's nothing wrong with being strong and pretty.
After the 8 generations of Phase 1 and Phase 2, we should be halfway there on the four non-health base stats, with each at around 50. Depending on how far down I have the population narrowed, I may either repeat Phase 2 or start on Phase 3, which should be both the quickest and the most expensive because then I'll be using prisma philters.
In order to make this go faster both in terms of stat increases and in terms of aging, I will need the help of the community for nurture clicks. See, the thing about prisma philters vs. other philters is that prismas increase the health stat along with all the others, while there is no philter for health. The closest you can get to a health philter is by helping the egg hatch when it's time. There is a possibility that in the beginning I may have to add a fifth generation of just manual health stat boosting to even it out.
However! Every stat can be increased by nurturing both as an eggling and as a hatching. Whichever stat is the lowest will be the stat correlating to whatever the little one needs during nurturing. What I'm hoping is that I can get enough nurture clicks overall that a health-boosting generation won't be needed. But if I don't, all that means is that it'll take a little more time to finish the project.
Sound good? :D

Sounds like fun! ^.^ I added you as a friend so that your eggies will show up on my nurture list.
That goes for anyone else around here, too...if you want me to poke your egglings, let's be friends!

Spark, I don't care much for the armor either, but Sunsong is one of the few Themes in which the armor doesn't look bad. So I threw it out there.
Am I correct in thinking you don't care for Leafy Seadragon Fins, Mystic Fins, or Sea Fur?
Sorry, I don't have Henna in my Sunsongs, but I have these little mudpuppies--
Mors Kajak & Phao of Jahar
I also have a double handful of stat philters and 5 Prismatic Philters to contribute.

You listed one pet twice. They are setup for breeding. My dream is to collect all the genes/mutations (must be visible) for the Gazania Vorpas (tagged). I am missing 4 G1 genes and 2 G2 genes. Have all of the mutations.

No, I really like those traits, actually. ^^ I'm just trying to find one or two "constant" traits that they all will have, and the rest can be variations. I think the Leafy Seasdragon traits look really nice with Koi. Angler Lights and Bio-luminescent Wings are just my favorites for their trait slots. :> And I try to coordinate gene 1 and gene 2 since most of those come in matching pairs, which was why I wanted to see what everyone's preferences were.
Ultimately, chance statistics will decide which traits show up the most in the end, but I'm trying to narrow down the selection and hopefully get something in most of the trait slots that'll look good together.
