Even though you are human you tend to stick to a pack of coywolves. The pack is actually full of people like you who enjoy that life better than the human life. -Kind of like a pack of werewolves-

"Kirmapri. It's your turn to to make lunch." said the Alpha Carson -female-.

I lurch towards the dense trees, keeping my eyes open for prey. Hunting was actually my favorite part of living with a pack, but sometimes it became boring and tedious. Still, I searched. Suddenly, my ears perked up. I heard the slight yet distinct sound of a rabbit stirring. About, two? three? yards away. I lowered myself into the grass and stalked it. I pounced towards the sound...

(Oh also if you don't mind I really prefer the first person... it gives me a sense of becoming my character)

"This time your taking an important memory. I want to remember my family well. This helps you learn and benefits me I guess to." he stopped talking for a second to make a mark in the tree with his knife. It was a weird symbol but strangely you recognized it, "The memory where my dad tried to kill me. It will help you learn because it's a very strong memory so it'll be harder to get rid of, but it'll also help me. Are you in?" he asked looking at you.

Just as you landed on the rabbit a new wolf emerged.

"Kayan -second in charge- sent me to help you." Chris stated flatly, "but it seems you don't need my he..." suddenly he stopped talking and his ears perked up, "Vole." he said quietly.

Chris took 5 steps before pouncing on the bush on front of him. You heard a shrill squeal then nothing. Chris came out carrying a fat seemingly pregnant Vole.

Not wanting to draw any unnecessary attention, I nodded, rabbit in mouth, and began to head back to the rest of the pack.

The whole pack was their. All but Kody who tends to wander off on his own into human areas in coywolf form.

Carson and Johnny were happily talking while Serena, Lyla, and Andrew we're actually focused on the cards. Most of the pack being adults were sitting around drinking beer.

Kayan came in with another rbottle of liquor, "Who wants some!" Chris set his Vole down and changed to human form to join them.

I remained in coywolf form, slightly hidden by the trees still. Even though I wore no hood, even in human form, I felt that something was off today. And I, being pretty much the only minor, couldn't join into the drinking. So I stood in the trees, then noticed night was at the essence. I would retreat to my cave den soon for the night. I had requested a faraway den to the alpha, and was granted such, since he recognized I was uncomfortable with social interaction still. I began to slink away.

On your way to your den you ran into Kody also on his way to his den. Him being the only other minor in the pack neither of you got along very well with the other pack members. He's 14 a year older than you but he treats you with more respect then he does the pack leader.

Hes hardly ever in his human form. Neither of you are very sociable so you both hide out in your dens all day and stay away from the others as much as possible, including eachother. He nodded as he passed you still in wolf form.
