Alex nods as well, putting the objects inside the chest into his pack. "Onward, then!" He says cheerfully, glad he doesn't have to communicate with any more wasps. He skips through the wasps territory until he reaches the other side. The wasps let you by, and you are back onto the path you were using before.
The path splits.
Left - feathers
Right - runes

The queen spider - or what you suspected was the lead spider - walked swiftly towards you.
"Is it true, be it, that you saved our tiny cousins, you did?" The spider asks in your language. She looks at you expectantly and hopefully with wide green eyes.

Jaz glanced at the path. She looked curiously at the right sides runes, maybe they were similar to the ones on the note. She frowned at them. "Maybe we should take the right path?" She asked turning to Alex to see if he agreed.

"Sure." Alex says, skipping down that path. The runes along the path glow a strange green, pulsing occasionally. The runes looked somewhat similar, but they were arranged in a different way. A different message than what was on the note was on the wall. Or maybe the runes were randomly aligned on both. Who knew?
The path continues for a while before ending in a stone wall, also equipped with runes.

She squinted at the runes. "Are we supposed to decipher these?" She asked. She did not skip down the path to the wall and wondered why Alex was doing it, the dude was probably just excited to not be near wasps but she wasn't sure how much more of his skips she could take

"Maybe? Sure?" Alex says, skipping back to you. He begins to trace one before pulling back sharply and shaking his head. "No, no, these runes aren't good runes. These ones are corrupted by the monster that runs this Labyrinth." Alex says as he backs away from the runes. Hey, he wasn't skipping any more, that was a good thing, right?

Vagabond investigates the coat of arms, looking back at the shifter.

If the wall were that old, could he break it?

Sammanth looks at you with a cheerful smile, fluffy tail happily upright behind her. She pats the sheild before shying away. The sheild doesn't explode or attack her, but the wall starts to move somewhat. A small opening on one side opens up. Sammantha stares at the opening with a blank expression for a moment before turning to you, head tilted slightly in a curious way.

She raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean they are corrupted. Can you read them." She said squinting at the runes trying too see if she could tell if they were corrupted.
