"no no, i'd be surprised if you do... lets just say she's good at hiding it" she says. "oh, i get it, because she turns invisible" i snicker. "no, that's not her power. well it is, but it isn't. she uses other peoples powers. whatever you can do she can do, so long as you're in range" she informs us. i stare at her in shock, that power is unheard of! power like that, it could be dangerous.

"when me and bliss went there, she started using bliss's power against everyone." she says "it was horrible. it started with illusions. then nightmares. then mind games" she goes quite. "thats when i knew i had to run"

I growl in annoyance "Angela is just awful"

ruby glances back at her "yes" she says, turning back to the map. "i assume you all know how to manage your powers?" she asks. "well no-" i start, before thinking back to yesterday, when i jumped onto the boat "i mean, a little bit."

"Holy....." I mutter under my breath, turning a little pale. "Well. That's slightly terrifying."

"Me?" I laugh bitterly. "I.... have all the control of a lobotomized starfish, thank you very much." Upon further observation, I add: "Which means none. By the way. Uh, in case you didn't know."

"then she gave me these gloves and made me wear them" maple said putting her hands back in her pocket "I couldn't do anything....unless she hooked me back up to that machine or I took them off" she said silently "she was gonna put my in an isolated room but Jack helped me escape"

"those gloves don't actually do anything but read how your power works" she says, ripping them off "she has someone who has the ability to stop powers in her facility which she uses to her advantage" she explains. "as for control, i have a plan. you guys remember what it was like taking the pill the first time, right?" ahe asks "how about taking them again?"

"I lost control last time I took that pill and nearly killed someone so idk" she admits looking at her, "I mean I can take it but I don't know how good it will end" she admitted

"i'm not so sure that's a good idea, ruby" i say, skeptically, i mean, taking the pill is so dangerous and it would already be a stressful situation.." i trail off. ruby has a determined look in her eye, she's dead set on doing this. "listen, it's been done before" she says "its gone well before. this is going to be a fight whether we like it, or not. do you want to win or do you want to lose?" she asks.
