In light of all of the excitement, I think it's safe to say that everyone could use some happier news.

As such, immediately now through the end of this weekend, Maeve will have a significantly higher chance of spawning and the max limit for [Pieces of Lucky Pot Ticket] from Nurturing has doubled to 10.

Also, just a reminder, the Tournament of Themed Matchup Phase will begin at midnight tonight. Today is your last chance to fill out a bracket! Make sure that you fill out the entire bracket when doing so, as otherwise it will not qualify if it's incomplete.

More information will be provided once the Matchup Phase begins.

For some reason with the new cap today ive only gotten 9, no matter how many pets i nurture i cannot get the 10th ticket.

The Matchup Phase of the Tournament of Themed is live and the Round of 64 has begun! From now through Sunday, March 26th, players can vote on who they think will win each of the Round of 64 Matchups! Just visit the Tournament of Themed page, click on a Matchup, and then click on the Themed Pet that you wish to vote for.

Once voting completes, the Themed Pets with the most votes will move onto the next round and the losers are out. The voting process will then begin for the next round. This will continue until a Champion is crowned.

Regarding rewards, I apologize, but I am running a bit behind on that. No worries though, as I can easily retroactively hand out rewards. So while they may come a bit late, you won't be losing out on them. I plan on getting the initial Participation Prizes figured out and calculated on Monday or Tuesday.

1. There will be a Participation Prize for having filled out a complete bracket.
2. There will be additional Participation Prizes for voting in every Matchup in each of the individual rounds. So, a total of 6 rounds of more Participation Prizes.
3. There will be Leaderboard Prizes for those with the most points from correct picks.


One final note. Most likely, I am going to disable the voting once the Round of 32 begins. I did not finish coding some mechanics of the bracket interface for the additional rounds and there's probably like a 98% chance it's not going to display correctly after this first round.

Since the tournament has already begun, it will be a pain for me to work on it while it's live in a pseudo future state. It will be much easier to just wait for it to tick over, lock the feature, get the interface working correctly, and then unlock it. So, that is what my plan is. So just a heads up for early Monday morning when the next round begins.

I'm super excited for this bracket, so curious to see how the voting goes. I gave it a lil extra thought when picking, beyond my usual "toss a dart and pick where it lands" technique :P

What is the drop rate of avatar items supposed to be like when defeating Maeve?
Out of 10 battles so far, I haven't received a single avatar item.
