You can change anything you'd like design-wise on the outfit, that particular dress and hood were just the best references I could find that matched style-wise, and it can definitely be simplified if you'd like it to be.
The hood can be on her head if you'd like it to be, but it doesn't have to be, whatever is most comfortable for you.
Her left wrist in this AU has some light claw marks on it from being scratched by a Werewolf(Old/Scarred - A soft pink color), but if you don't feel comfortable drawing that, it's totally fine to exclude it.
In this AU, she doesn't have to have the stitches(It's kinda a dark/horror Little Red AU), so if you choose not to draw them, her skin would be the pale skin tone the majority of her body is. ^^
