My mutation is for the Ny'vene! I call it Essence of Hat. It would go in mutation slot 3. The concept would be the same for males and females.



Basically, there are a whole lot of hats! And a cute little bowtie. Conversely, there can be just one hat, over the Ny'vene's ear, and the bowtie.

My entry is Sea Robin Wings (Or Fins) for Aeri.


What is a Sea Robin? A Sea Robin is a fish with 'wings' that it 'flaps' at the sea floor to stir up things to eat. Sea Robins are fascinating little bottom feeders that have even gone so far as to modify several pairs of their fin spikes to form primitive legs with which to dig in the sand!

I am basing my design on Sea Robins with very full half-moon shaped fin-wings, like so:

Anyway this is my entry - it's called Splash.
After all when it is very warm in summer all you really want to do is jump in a nice cool swimming pool.
This can be done for the Aeri, but also for others. I just wanted to not use a Ryori xD

Based off Ny'venes Essence of Flames

One of the things I always associate with summer is sitting outside watching meteor showers, so I wanted to do something based on that. :D

Inspired by the Ra the sun god (the sun disk behind his head I used as an inspiration for the fireballs in here) and the Aztec Sun stone (inspiration for the circular disks around the fireballs). I would love to put more detail in those circular disks, but I think they are already too small.
