Starter pets start off as adolescents (216 hours of maturity), they become adults usually around 18 days later (adults are of 648 hours maturity). The aging is paused during downtimes when the site is under maintenance, to prevent pets from growing up and accidentally being released during the downtime.

To check your pet's current maturity, copy the pet's image link, and at the end, there is a &maturity=__ (where the number indicates the pet's maturity in hours). You may need to genetically test the pet to see the exact maturity though.

How do I change my appearance?

Go to account > wardrobe.

There, you can browse through to see what items you have. Click on the item to wear it. Choose the colour of your look, and click preview to see the changes.

Once you're done, click save loaded outfit to change into that look.

Question: Why can't I breed Abilene and Bob? Abilene is my starter pet and I think Bob came from one of those places you explore. They are opposite genders and I don't think they're siblings.

Bob is still an adolescent. You have to wait until he matures into an adult.
