Morkkos could have a long tail option. I don't know if that would be an alternate mutation or a third gene, though.

I also have some suggestions! 0v0
-Black Scleras to give some pets a more "creepy" vibe. Would look especially cool on Vulnyxes!
-Dia de los Muertos markings.
-Fish Tail for Qitari, making them a sea horse.
-Fern, Lotus or Ivy features for Faeloras.
-Tails for Zolnixies, that leave a kind of aura.
-Gills on the ribcage of Sylvorpas.

What about a gene that alters the eyes? Like an Alien or demon eye or something like that? I'm mostly thingking for the Vulnyx, but they are just my favorites.

I was going to suggest something similar to this but for all the pets. How about Heterochromia (two colored eyes)? So you could say have one blue eye from one parent and a green one from the other or something.
Also for the Lupora how about Alaskan Malamute style markings ( such as a STAR: a small white spot in the center of the forehead for example. They have a whole list of them with photos on WorldMals.com)

I suggested blind eyes earlier for the vulynx but i think it would look good on everyone
