So... what I did was create a cute "classic" Valentine with a Sylestia themed poem. This was very fun and I wish good luck to the others who enter :D

I decided to draw Bulbori for the Valentine using pencil to share along with highlighters and a black sharpie to color some of it in (Didn't have the correct color for the fur!) But I based it somewhat off of a Bulbori I made in the generator, which is also shown below. ^w^







The third image is a bit dark but in the purple box it says the date (2/14/16) and my username, I got a bit sloppy with the highlighters in the end. >~<

Presenting The Choco-Berry Bulbori(Chocolate Strawberry Bulbori), which was my influence! (Sorta.)

Thought I'd have a go at being arty, and well, I think it might be good (Some of the images I was waiting for my gel pens to dry, they were the sparkly ones, and they take hours to dry. Some don't work.)

Anyway, enough about that. Here's my progress shots of the valentine:


First shot! Yay! Just penciling in the main items, not too focused on the rest right at this stage, but oh well. It still looks good. Always good to have some pencil drawings to tell me what I should be doing :) (And my Lego guys got in the way with the wolf... Should have moved them. I took it, and then realised they were there xD)


Next shot, I've finally added some details to the characters, making them look a little bit like they aren't just boring coloured things xD It also looks kinda good with the pink heart :) I kinda like it :)


Yay! The front of the Valentine is finished. Let's start on the inside part of it now :). Time to start on the inside :) Hopefully I can come up with a cute thing inside for it...


I thought this was adorable. Not that I'm actually going to use this Valentine. I'm not one for them, it was just fun to make it xD The heart says 'Anyone can catch your eye. But it takes someone special to catch your heart.'

I had so much fun doing this! Some facts: yes, a Pizza Hut box did valiantly offer itself up to be the backbone of my Valentine, and everything I did was freehand except that I drew the heart on the Pizza Hut box before cutting it out. :3

Well, it looks like my little 'Vulnyx' is up to something...
