*-* I'm absolutely stunned by this revamp! But, along with quite a few others, the hatchlings' faces look kinda off. I love the adults, though! :3

*o* Gorgeous!!! I'm so excited! They look so sleek and majestic :3 I think losing the back legs was a good choice. I don't mind suspending my disbelief for the sake of aesthetics lol
The only critique I would like to make is the female's neck/chest area. It looks like it could stand to be a bit bigger. Horses have very large muscles in that area.
I also agree with the point others have made about the babies' face shape. As adorable as they are (and they are EXTREMELY adorable), their skulls look very human shaped. The style doesn't seem consistent between the adults and the babies.

...they kinda make me think of them, although on Neopets I do adore the Lupes and Gelerts, but I rather fancy the Peophins too...lmao
definitely will collect the new kelps XD

I so love these adults. <3 Cannot wait for the revamp! I do have a few concerns about the babies though. Stylistically they're more cartoony where the adults are more realism on anatomy. I did a quick little scribble to show what I mean:
The hooves on the babies are not quite following alignment with their bone structures in some cases, or in others are simply a bit too flat in the front. Hoovestock animals as young tend to have very noticibly pointy hooves sticking out in front of them, often looking too big for their legs as they haven't grown into them yet. The rounded, dished faces seen on the babies also don't really match the adult anatomy, as that type of face is seen in Arabian horse breeds, but is typically kept from birth until death, rather than only existing in the young. (I made the female's snout a wee bit too big, I did this very quick and didn't actually create a new layer so I could erase when I did, lol). ^^
[The red line below the leg ball-joint illustration in the male baby shows how that hoof is pointing very inwardly, but the leg's structure says it isn't inward flexed.]

I agree with the main wing problem being that the genes are very hard to see with wings covering a species' body.
My first thought at the adult version was also 'peophin!' XD
My first thought on the baby, however, was the old My Little Pony toys. Baby Seaponies. They remind me of my Seaponies. I miss them...
