Ello! I will try to review each cat in a reply.

Firestar has real faint tabby stripes and a darker underbelly. I actually think your Firestar and Squirrelflight should switch! XD If you removed the stripe on Squirrelflight's nose she would look like Firestar.
Sandstorm is a much darker ginger. Her stripes are also near invisible, but not as much as Firestar's. While Firestar's belly is nearly the same color as the rest of him, Sandstorm's is not. Instead being much lighter than the rest of her.
Bluestar is good! Nothing to say other than perhaps making her eyes a bit darker.
Graystripe has dark gray stripes, and golden eyes. I like the tundra fur on him, but something looks amiss. It doesn't seem like a fixable problem though.
Spottedleaf doesn't have that much white, she does have a bit of ginger. Her face pattern is supposed to be symmetrical. Again you should look at the ultimate guide. I understand that it is hard to make her look right but I think you should change the color a bit.
The only thing I have to say is that Yellowfangs eyes aren't that yellow. But they aren't bad either and she looks great!
I will do Cinderpelt and Cinderheart together, as they are supposed to be identical. The eye color should be a bit in the middle of the light and dark you have now. And keep very faint tabby stripes with perhaps a slightly fainter underbelly. The ultimate guide isn't perfect, and this is a mistake (?) they made with having them look slightly different.
Cloudtail and Brightheart are good! Although she is supposed to have more ginger than that. They should add a 'patches' gene.
Mousefur is a tabby and there is some debate on her eye color. Whether it is icy blue, yellow, amber or golden I can't say. But they were once said to be, 'the color of sunlit ice'. Whatever that means.
While that seems to be a popular picture of Longtail, I don't think it is possible. Also the WarriorsWiki shows him as light brown, but there is a lot of debate about that too. In the books he was called silver, brown and light tabby. I don't know his eye color.
This Ashfur is awesome! Except for the tear line on his face. Oh well.

I worked mostly off the Wiki, not the Ultimate guide (since I don't own that one).

Here's the description for Firestar:
Firestar is a lean, ginger, tabby tom with a flame-colored, sleek, thick pelt, a pale orange belly, and a long tail. He has bright, emerald-green eyes, and large ears.

And the one for Sandstorm:
Sandstorm is a soft and sleek-furred, slender, pale ginger she-cat with barely visible stripes of darker fur,and pale leaf-green eyes.
(In her case I actually went off the supplied image, since I liked the colors and they made more sense than ginger with her name.)

The wiki said Bluestar had luminous, ice-blue eyes. so to me that means very pale blue.

On Graystripe:
Graystripe is a big, solid dark gray tom with a stripe of darker gray fur running down his back, a torn left ear, and yellow eyes. He has sleek, shaggy, long, thick fur, and a bushy tail.

They mention white a lot in Spottedleaf's description, also I thought it looked better than any other color as the base. Also, it's not really possible to make her face symmetrical, given the limited options I have.
Spottedleaf is a small, lithe, orange-and-brown, dark tortoiseshell-and-white she-cat with a distinctive dappled coat, white splashes on her pelt, small white paws, a white chest, and a white muzzle. One of her eyes is rimmed with darker fur than the other. She has a black tipped, gold-and-brown-striped tabby tail, and soft fur. She has a mottled face, with a small pink nose, and warm, large, pale, clear amber eyes.

They said Yellowfang's eyes were orange, so... *shrug*

Cinderpelt is a small, fluffy, sleek and soft-furred, smoky-dark gray she-cat with enormous, clear blue eyes.
Cinderheart is a slender, dappled, broad-headed, bulky, soft-furred, fluffy, smoky-gray tabby she-cat with dark blue eyes, and a long, sleek, bushy tail.

Yeah, I really dislike my current Brightheart, but that was the best I could do. I agree we need a patches gene (and a Siamese one).

Oops, I missed that she's a tabby. I guess I always imagined her as a solid color. (I'll fix her later) And sunlit ice sounds like a light or bright ice blue.

Yeah, I did it based on the general agreed upon design, but apparently he's silver...

I tend to lean towards the books as the wiki was made by fans. A Siamese one would be good! Well in Yellowfangs secret it says she was named after her yellow eyes. Which is stupid as all kits have blue eyes for awhile. And I saw two quotes on Longtail. One you mentioned, the other calls him brown and I think it was when Fireheart was talking to the Warriors about Bluestar's plan to attack Windclan. Let's see if I can find it. And if your library has it you should totally read the ultimate guide. The pictures are awesome!

Here it is
RS pg 306, (Erin might be referring to Mousefur, I'm not sure), ...and Mousefur's eyes shone brightly in the growing darkness as Fireheart hurried across to join them. "Longtail," he meowed, pausing briefly beside the brown warrior. "You will be senior warrior here. Guard the Clan well."
So it could be Mousefur or Longtail who is mentioned as brown.
