I do not mean to be offensive, I just want to help out, artist to artist. I can give you some tips to make your artwork look even better!
If you have lines that flow more freely, it would make the drawing not look as stiff. While this is a computerized drawing, it can help:
Now, while it's a nice drawing, you can still see the bumpiness. Notice the hip? It's a bit stiff. The shot doesn't seem quite in motion because of the groggy lines.
If you look at this image, The lines are a lot cleaner and less stiff. The aren't focusing on making the drawing look so perfect that it's unmoving. While I was at a different drawing stage here, the line of color and the line of black are still visible.
Another thing are the eyes. These are probably the most difficult to do. If you want a more detailed look, I can give you one, but here's a pretty basic look:
While the outlines might be a rough sketch, the main point and focus is the inside. There are several different looks you can have and the eyes show all the emotion. In the first eye (right to left), there's a dividing line between the iris and the pupil area (I want to be clear, I do a sort of anime eye).
In the second eye, I have given a point to where the highlight goes (the part that stays white and uncolored).
The third eye, I have just filled in the spaces with color. Now, these are very basic, so if you want a better insight, let me now (ex. where to put the highlight to change focus of animal/person, how to make the color fade more, etc).
I just did the last picture in 5 min. on paint. sorry for the fuzzy on it. These are some starting tips on how to get your pictures just a little bit better! All pictures were done by me.

I acctually do know how to draw more detailed eyes and less "stiff" pictures but I'm currently trying out a new style.

Type of pic: human?
Price: whatever i can soare at the time.
Description: This is the description I gave to Lapis. I also had her drawn as a chibi if you wanna sees that. (Tho the chibi wasn't quite right.)
She's a neko/cat girl with white ears and a fluffyish tail (about 5cm long fur).
Her hair is long (about waist length) and brown, on the darker side. Her eyes are green (they go from emerald to hazle depending on her energy, any kind of green is cool)
She wares a white turtleneck and old, faded blue jeans.
She has a pair of black ankle high converse.
If you'd like or don't feel up to her then feel free to dray my starter Aochi.

Is there any particular time you want her? I'm busy with a sporting event so I won't have it done soon. Max. Time it will take is I'd say about 2 weeks (way overshot so I can't disappoint).
Also do you want a background and if yes, of what?

The only thing i can suggest is making sure that your lines are straight (no wobbly and wiggly) also maybe buy a liner. A 0.4mm maybe?
