I agree with WispyDreams, bug-like features added to the eggs would be super cute if it's not too much trouble.

The designs are so amazing, I like how the female baby design is more similar to the male baby design now.

Wow, the female caterpillar is, just, wonderful! That is what she should look like!

These look much more like animals than like people, which totally solves many previous objections, I think.

The compound eyes are quite similar to what I was hoping for.

These wings have a lot of possibilities. They seem able to display Genes rather nicely.

The buggy hands are now nicely buggy, like the graspers of, well, a bug.

Points of minor critique: However, the adult female seems to have parts of her cheeks covering parts of her eyes. Perhaps this is supposed to show chubbiness, but I fear it is not doing so. It looks rather as though her cheek fluff has developed a disease and is starting to grow over her eyes. Her eyes are round, so why not let us see they are round, just like the male's?

I really don't care for the little sticks coming out from behind the adults' shoulders. They remind me of the little sticks on the Qitari Butterfly Wings (the little sticks are the reason I don't like Qitari Butterfly Wings). I think perhaps these are supposed to look like butterfly antennae, but Lunemaras already have antennae, on their heads, which is where antennae belong. Also, if the little sticks go away, "Butterfly Antennae" could be a cool Mutation. (The little wispy things coming out of the sides of the adults' wings look fine to me. They look more like some kind of setae or feelers, rather than like sticks or misplaced antennae.)

Perhaps the adults' abdomens are a bit too chubby. Also, IMO they would be more aesthetic if they tapered out from the waist, became cylindrical, and then tapered sharply to the posterior. I think this might avoid the slight appearance that the thorax and abdomen are 2 differently sized ovoids stuck together, which would make the overall shape more appealing.

The adult male's left (from his POV) cheek fluff seems to be angled forward in a weird way. I think maybe it is intended to support the idea that his head is in 3/4 view. However, regardless of the fluff, his head really doesn't appear to be in 3/4 view. Perhaps turn his head toward the viewer a bit and brush back the fluff? This may be something that is already planned to be taken care of in later sketches, but I mention it just in case it hasn't been noticed yet.

The caterpillars have cute mandibles. Perhaps the adults could also have cute mandibles? This would make their faces more expressive and interesting.

Major critique: Those noses. To my way of thinking, those curly noses tip the art over into the land of Western cartoon art (as in old Warner Brothers cartoons, Hanna-Barberra, etc.) This is the one thing that I truly hope the artists will reconsider; everything else I have suggested changing, hey, I could live with it and learn to like the new bugs if it doesn't change. Please, please, not the goofy (to my perceptions) noses. (If curly noses are someone's pet characteristic that they just adore, I apologize. Tastes differ. If only one thing could be changed about the current line art, and we were voting, I would vote to get rid of the curled-up noses. Even if it meant replacing them with curled-down noses.)

I just realized that my lines of critique outnumber my lines of "Wow, that is better!" It just takes less time to say why you like something than it does to say why you don't. Please do not take it as me not liking the new art (except the noses).

In my opinion, the adult male should have more emotion on his face. The female's eyes make her look happy, or at least add some difference in her face. The baby female's eyes are looking upwards, which to me looks like she's thinking/dreaming of something or looking expectantly at you. The baby male is obviously happy as can be drawn from his pose. The adult male is just . . . nothing. No emotion.

I like this one so much better than the first sketch. The first thing I noticed is that the female kinda lost its majestic look. The female Lunemara in the first sketch pretty looks like a fairy queen. I don't know if it's because of the posture or the fur around its neck. But the female Lunemara in the second sketch looks cute. The male as well. I like the crescent moon above its head. It explains where it got its name Lunemara which derives from the name Luna (Moon). And the female hatchling doesn't look sick anymore. So all in all I like this sketch is better... Can you give the female Lunemara a majestic look again like in the first sketch?

These are so much cuter and fluffier!
I must admit, I didn't really like the Lunemara BEFORE they were revamped even, but these are so cute I gotta have me some! :D
You've improved them, congratulations!

I love these! I do feel they are a major improvement, and I want to thank the artists for coming up with a second design! It's lovely, and I can't wait to see it when it has been lined!

I love the moon insignia in between their antennas. My one semi-criticism is that the caterpillars shouldn't get a food item. The other stylestia hatchlings don't have one and I feel it would be unfair if they got and "item". Other than that I think the adults look great!

(Although I believe all six arms should be somewhat visible. )

I think the leaf is akin to a Bulbori Gem, the new species' Orb, etc.

I think it's a fun little bonus to make the species more unique and special - which is always a good thing.
