I know that must have been a lot of work today Krin, so the effort is appreciated. Though now I do want to harp on one thing that I harped about in the past The Party page is now only 3 slots, are there plans to move forward to the 6 slot plan again oe was that just a throwback from an earlier idea?.
There is no plan to expand beyond 3 pets in a Party at this time.

Let's all be honest.. The hotkeys are horrible. xD Custom hotkeys would be great but that would probably be a little work...
At least don't have finishing blow on 7. -_____===== Right now the second ability uses a lot of mana (I'm sure it's worth it) and from the little battling I've done the hotkeys and the mana sucking ability 2 slows you down. I'd rather just have faster access to finishing blow for fest battle boards.
I like how much simpler the point system is. I love the tutorial that goes with it, I think it will be insanely helpful for newbies.
I like how we will have 5 abilities instead of just 2. I'm sure we won't depend on finishing blow as much anymore but for now I'm dying. xD
EDIT: YAY! Krin adjusted row 2 of hotkeys. Now it's a bit better.

I agree that it would be much more convenient for finishing blow to be bound to F.

I'm liking this new system and I feel that I've been able to get my battle team to a similar stage as what they were at with the old system. I'll probably tweak again as I play around.
Agree that the '7' hot key for Finishing Blow is a little frustrating but, if it remains the same, I'm sure it'll become more familiar.
I did a run through the Nightfall Bandit Dungeon and noticed that all mana accrued gets wiped when entering a boss battle. Is this intended for all boss battles now?

I'll haven't to reset all my Mission Pets... but it's definitely worth it.

maybe I missed it somewhere, but why are my pets stats less now than they were before? is it just the new system?
1 for the skill and E for ending turn, may end up being a muscle memory issue, its just a little spread out with my fingers than what I was used to. I was using mouse to end turns faster.
Finishing blow on number 7 is just a bad idea. A lot of folks used it to end battles quickly. And if you look down at keyboard when in a battle, it takes a bit more efftort/time to press #7 now, than it was when it was on 4 as placement of numbers are far.
As I went battling, due to higher mana cost, I may not even use the skills that are now on #2 anymore. I now understand why folks were complaining a little about pets with more mana. So at this current time, all I am doing during battles is spamming number 1. And trying to get thru fights fast. And Im not sure this was the intention. Cooldowns, not happy with due to the speed factor, but can live with it, if I can just spam #1, and bosses later aren't too difficult. It may be a frustrating feature down the road if there are going to be bosses that will take hours to win lol
I almost now want to just have a blackberry to play this on lmao.
I give props to the shadow feature, that is quite neat!
You don't have to use 'E'. You can still use the mouse. Nothing was 'removed'... I just added the 'E' functionality like it is with the Region 3 explor window.
And as announced to Region Chat, I have changed the bottom row hotkeys to the following:
T = Attack
F = Finishing Blow
M = Mend
B = Block
S = Skip

So I set two of my pets to be attuned with fire but every time I try to use the new attack in battle it says they don't have a valid target. The check mark and end turn button turn green and then I get an error. Why is that?

Can you post in the Bug Report Forum this issue and provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when the error displays?
