You walk through the jungle, noticing it getting dark. The howls of the monkeys stop and are replaced by growls of animals.

The snake slithers towards your foot, not making a sound. It's cut cover most of its pattern, but its eyes don't seem to be cat shaped.


After noticing the shape of the snake's eyes, I watch it more closely as it slithers closer to me. I'm less hesitant to lean down to study it closer.

Hayhodge-
The snake wraps around your ankle, almost seeming to purr. It lifts its head to look at you, its eyes filled with pleading. The blood around the cut was starting to crust and its pattern seemed to be a king snake.

Wildland-
You wake up in the morning, shivering. You sit up and look around seeing a pack of monkeys circling you. The one that seemed to be the leader was walking towards you, howling.

I bit my lip and give in under the snake's pleading eyes. I gently kneel down and run my fingers down the back of the snake to try and convey that I want to help it.

The snake slithers up your arm, into your backpack, coming out with a carrot. He used the carrot to point towards a flower.
