Grabbing your belongings and stuffing them in a backpack quickly, you chirp goodbye to your sister's pet sparrow which had taken a liking to an old hat that you hated.
Dashing out the door, you kissed your mother goodbye and flapped your wings in excitement, tail lashing. Purring, you start walking down the street, looking around in excitement, as if seeing the place differently.

You reach a cross road, you could go to the market, head onto the mainland and out of town or see if you can get a ship ride.
