I look around me, and seeing no other sylesti around me, I shake off the sand from my orbs, and walk forwards away from the water. Ugh, gross. Water. The jungle seems like a place where I might be able to find help, so I slowly make my way over.

Near the edge of the plateau where it hit the sea there were sharp rocks and it seemed there were many overhangs many with ivy growing down them

I pad towards an overhang, trying to see if I could climb up the plateau. If not, I'll try to look for footholds.
Edit: Could you answer my question about the traits? o3o

there were many little nooks so making it to the first ledge was fairly simple, and there was a tall tree with odd fruit on it you couldn't see from the ground.

Once you enter you are greeted with cool shade and the sound of chirping bugs. the trees are tall and have slick bark with broad leaves.

Aris took note of the tree for later, prioritizing climbing over eating since she didn't feel direly hungry. She continued to look for ways to go up the plateau to its highest point.

I gently touch one the the trees and look upwards. It's hopeless to climb up this giant. And I move on deeper into the forest before I realize I'm really hungry, and head towards the chirping bugs to maybe find some bugs to eat.

( was the mini chat helpful with the traits ?)
You were able to hold tightly to the Ivy and it seemed to hold your weight well

There was a thin walking path to the next little shelf of rock. though it seemed to be crumbling, and the wall above you seemed too slick

they all sound so far away or in the trees, and though you get no lick with the bugs the ground becomes covered in soft brush many of which seem too be veggies and herbs
