Well, it wasn't what I was expecting to post, but I was suddenly inspired by the Faelora flowers. I wondered how it would look on an outfit, decided it looked like the collar on an Elizabethan dress, and went from there.

I call it "Rose Queen", but if there's a male version, that might not work...and Elizabethan male outfits are pretty interesting. I might try to design it.

Also, for alternate colors, I think a Red and White Rose one, a Black Rose one, and a White Rose one would be good.

Sanshoku Spring Festival Kitsune

For the avatar contest, I went with the theme of a Japanese spring themed avatar, with a kitsune flair since my profile name says kitsune. They have so many beautiful spring festivals, I tried to capture the look of a few of these festivals in one outfit.

I call it the Sanshoku fest. Kitsune, because it shares many colors with the sanshoku dango (yum!) that she's holding.

Also, the kanji on the lantern says fox, and the markings are part of the head item but the rest of the face is cosmetic. :)











Ps: please don't think I copied the kitsune tamer outfit. It's a unique design, but our only similarities are that the characters are kitsune, and I intended a kitsune design from the beginning.

DewDrop fairy Outfit!

Based on the morning dew that forms on flowers



The Flower crown and Dress don't look like flowers because of my crappy artwork.
The bubble thing on the side is a DewDrop helper
Dew wings are on her back
Her dress is supposed to be a flower
The blue things dripping off her is the dew!

I think it would look amazing in flower variations

Inspiration from the many weddings in the spring and dew drops. I left shoes off because most kids I know, and even some adults if they think they can get away with it, will take off there uncomfortable shoes as soon as pictures are over.
