Personality
Tarth is cool, calm, and regal. However, she is easily angered and can lash out with her cold fury, though she is usually very composed. Tarth prefers cold temperatures to warmth and can't stand the heat. She has absolutely no sense of humor and always will take jokes - especially non-offensive ((or offensive)) ones seriously. Some other people who know her say that the cold wind that constantly blows through her freezing home has chilled her heart, and it's true she can be cold and ruthless, and slightly cruel. However, she's loyal to the bone and once she trusts you, it's absolute. If you betray that trust or loyalty, you'll likely never earn it back.

Flaws
Like I said earlier, Tarthiel has no sense of humor and takes everything as black-and-white. She can't stand people who she deems 'slow,' physically and mentally. She hates swimming (and is slightly afraid of deep water, if she's honest with herself), and can often be cross and short-tempered with you.

Very outgoing and friendly, she can be somewhat dependent. She likes to find one other she can trust and depend on, not liking being alone. She is fiercely loyal and likes to find the best in others, disliking when she has to hurt or be mean to someone. She is very carefree and go with the flow, not liking bounderes and restrictions being imposed upon her. She dislikes being along for long periods of time though she does like the occasional alone walk or being by herself in a place she is comfortable in.
