It's the season of Clearsky! Travelling will be easy, as the days are sunny and the weather is mild. However nights can be frosty, so make sure to find a fire to sleep by or you might become ill.
It's been a long time since you were last here, when you were but a young Elf hoping for a Familiar, but it seems as if you've never left. Elvenor stretches out before you, the Old Forest looming just beyond it's towering city walls.
Standing in the bustling marketplace, many adventures await. How shall you begin yours?

Asteria starts walking toward the Old Forest hoping to find a familiar by going to the valley or mountains. She stops and thinks for a second before going back to the marketplace and buying supllies for the journey.
(Do you want it in first or third person point of view?)

(Whichever is easier for you, but I would personally advise first person. Also remember to quote my post that you are responding to. Right now it won't be much of a problem, but if there are more players then it will start being harder to find your last post ^.^)
There are many market stalls with vendors shouting out their latest offers. You could get extra Weapons, Tools or Food if you like, but you will have to try and either trade some of the items you already have or see if any of the vendors need a favour.

(Thank you for the reminder and first person it is)
I look to see if there are any tent vendors and if there are ask if they need a favor.

You find a vendor who is bellowing about his exceptional survival kit supplies. When seeing that you are interested in the fold-up tent he has for sale, he turns to you and says, "An aspiring adventurer like yourself could certainly do with one of these," he waves his hand at the tent. "What are you dealing in? Goods or favours?"
You ask him if he needs any favours.
He exhales, scratching his head. "Are you fast? I have a bundle of posters I want put up around the city before nightfall. Shouldn't take too long," he says, pulling up a huge stack of paper, a hammer and a box of nails from under the counter. "So long as people can see 'em and it's done by the end of the day, you'll have your tent."

It's been a long time since you were last here, a young Elf growing up in a city who was always judged by people who didn't understand him, and to your dismay it's like nothing has changed. Elvenor stretches out before you, filled with strangers who will no doubt shun you like they did when you were a child.
Standing in the shadows of the bustling marketplace, you can only hope that you don't meet familiar faces. What now?

(Only some kinds of feathers or are you just trying to sneak round your weaknesses in your In-Character Short? >:P No worries, just specify which kinds of feathers [if that's even a thing :?] and I'll stick that in the side note)
You scan the various stalls and bawling vendors from the shadows of your hood. Luckily, no-one seems to have paid you any heed after you seemed to have appeared out from nowhere. Looking over the various supplies spread out over tables and counters, you check for whatever it is you need.
