"im sorry sir but that horse is mine," she says holding her head high "i've been taking care of his leg and you sir are also trespassing on my property." she smirks "wouldn't want me to call the cops on you now would you?" she said leaning down in his face.

he shows her his wallet it has a badge "i am a cop mis im the county sheriff" he shows her a paper "i have permission from the state to put this wild horse down but if what you say is true and he is your horse i need papers that says he is yours if you don't have those papers he ain't yours mis"

the chief comes out of his truck and asks luca "hey what's going on here? And why is blackout passed out on the ground?"

" there trying to put him down," she said anger "and i didn't spend my good earned money on a dead horse," he glared at him anger.

The chief goes back to his truck and grabs a paper "here this is the paper that says blackout is owned by me he is legally my horse therefore the sheriff can't do crap to him"

she smiles at him and rides over to black out hobbling off of snowfall to see if he is ok.

he snores in his sleep

she picked up his head and tried to get him up with no success what so ever.

the sheriff gets in his truck and before he pulls away and drives off he says "the tranq will last an hour"

"great," she mutters cursing herself trying to pull black out up.
