One of your mums was cooking, there was plenty of food to go around. Your siblings snickered and simply scampered off to go do something else for a while, or set up more traps.
You chased after them and couldn't see anything, until Ainia came up behind you, pouncing on you with a 'grr' and wrapping her arms around your neck, "You're up! Ah, sorry we haven't caught anything yet, but we found something awesome! Come on!" she let go and chased after Naois, who headed further into the undergrowth.
You found yourself in front of a dark tunnel, leading down. Ainia grinned, "Look! It looks awesome, it's so big as well. Naois says he hears water further down, although he smells something. Dark magic." she frowned, "So be on your guard, okay?" one of those small light balls appeared in your hand.
I hold it up and tiptoe into the tunnel.

It was pitchblack, apart from the balls of light, of which 7 more had appeared. Naois was in an offensive position, following up behind you, Ainia stayed silent at the back, glancing around worriedly. The cave twisted and turned further into darkness. After a while, it split up into three. One had mushrooms, one was bare and the other had a small brook trickling further into the darkness

She frisked her head, shaking it, before a soft voice, 'I did not want to speak, silly girl, but which way are we going? North to wherever your brother lies, or East to where some sense may enter you head. Either way we leave Tyican territory, so can not cross through these mountains to return. Make your choice fast, or I will go where you don't.' she stomped her hoof impatiently. Her voice really didn't match her looks.

There was someone up in the tree, dressed in pure black. They were aiming a dartgun down towards you both.

"Where should we go?" I ask them.

Cherub nodded, chasing his tail a little and stretching his wings interested int he idea of hunting, although the little griffin-owl-creature had no idea what he was doing in that regard, as he spent a lot of time pruning himself.
"Well, okay then buddy, but you gotta be quiet okay?" Jaxith pats cherub's head and takes the bow off his shoulder, then he walks very quietly through the forest, trying to sneak up on some small game,

"Hm.." he pondered for a bit, "I don't know where I want to go. How about we join a gathering trip out and break off, then find Chip a friend?"

Ainia frowned as she looked around, "I don't know."
Naois' stayed in an offensive posture, fangs back in a snarl, the balls of magic hovering around him. Ainia then gestured and he acted immediately, going froward and sniffing each entrance. He then returned and lay down beside her, shaking his head.

Cherub followed you eagerly, but you were finding it hard to stay quiet as you moved through the forest. You were able to find a stick and sharp stone, as well as some plant that you managed to weave into a temporary bow shape, although it wasn't very strong and would be hard to be accurate with. The animals heard you coming and scattered, due to your heavy hoofsteps.
