The officer smirks. "Complete with extra security."

Scout stifled a gasp. "You must be one big...trouble maker. I doubt anyone can compete with that." She said.

James was quiet, thinking.

"Unfortunatley for the rest of us, yes." Connor muttered

"Maybe I can," piped up Soren.
The officer gave him a stern look. "It's best you keep quiet, young man, before you get yourself into more trouble."
Dash did not look surprised. "What did you do this time?"
"You mean didn't do? Nathan broke a vending machine to steal fruit snacks, then threatened to beat me up when I came by. So I started running. You can guess what happened afterwards."
"It is clear that you are making this up, young man, we found no such boy at the scene ogf the crime.
"Uh yes, he has legs! "
Dash elbowed Soren to shut him up.

"Pfft. Vendign machiness? Seriously? That's nothing. Last week I-"

The officer clicked his handcuffs. "Watch those lips, young man. We don't need another Colbourne Cresthearse once we ship you to colllage."

"How're you gonna do that? His GPA is something like 1.5." Connor asked mischiviously.

"We have our ways. Such as prison community collage."

Scout was quiet, listening to all of this with a small frown, thinking hard. This was one crazy group. She would have to see her dad to make sure she got the right ones out for him.

James seemed to be a zombie, just doing what he was told.

(Well i mean all of mine have major connections. And unknown to scout se killed two of these peoples brother already....)

Orkha finally hets control of herself. Owenrne looks releived.

Cole and connor bicker a little.

Nicote stays silent as does zena for once

James is quiet. And not moving much. He just looks straight ahead.

Scout shuddered. What a death could do to people was frightening. And knowing she was the cause of it hurt more than it could have.

Nicote fidgeted. And started speed coding again. Zena looked over his shoulder.

Orkha looked over at James. "You okay?" she whispered.

Owen just sat net to her, motionless and emotionless.

Soren was still bickering with the police officer.
"You should put more effort into studying, instead of smart mouthing police officers and committing crimes."
"I got full marks on my last math test, plus extra credit!"
"You have quite a few stains on your record."
"Most not my fault."
"You put fake spiders in Mallory Silva's lunch."
"She deserved it. You should be thanking me. Besides, that's hardly a crime."
"You also blew up a cow eyeball that you were supposed to be dissecting, causing an emergency evacuation."
"Not my fault that my lab group left the Bunsen burner on."
"And you got into a fight with Nathaniel Zhang, a renowned child piano prodigy and top student."
"First of all, he attacked me first because I got a higher chair than him on the orchestra seating test, second of all, I didn't even hit him back, I just got in trouble because of the school's stupid zero tolerance policy."
