"Just checking ur alright." Nicote repeated.

She nodded. "I guess." she fingered the pendant and said. "I just realized that I have no recollection of how I've even got the pendant. It just seems strange to me. If my parents were to abandon me, why leave me with an heirloom?"

"Because they probably weren't gonna back together or have more kids and knew you were strong enough to take the task." Nicote replied.

"Uh guys...it's midnight. DO you want to sleep or not? I have tents..." Newt motined to a row. "Two a person. CHoose your mate. By the way, if you take the secand to last tnet at the end over there, you're gonna have a sleepless night because Nic and I are in there."

"Well I have my partner. We'll take the first tent." Dorian said slowly pushing Dexion off him. The elf muttered some as he was gently rocked awake. "Hey we are moving to a tent alright?"
"Alright." Dexion yawned standing and walking to one of the tents. Once inside he laid down face first into the bedroll. Dorian lightly chuckle before following.
"You have to get out of some of that armor." He teased.
"But I'm sleepy." The elf whined. Though against his will Dorian slipped the leather armor off him, leaving the velvet teal tunic and his pants.
"There now sleep." Dorian said taking the robes off and setting them aside as well. He was bare from the waist up since he hadn't thought to wear and under shirt. Carefully he took his place behind the elf holding his husband close to him. "Good night."
"Night..." was the only answer he got.

"Task," Astra asked.

"Saria and I will take the last tent. I'll maintain a soundproof bubble around your tent," Taeri said, hir eyes flashing green.

Newt and nicote went insdie their tent Immeditately they started arguing agin.


"You're hogging the lantern!"
"You're hogging the space!"
"Hey stop pulling on the blanket!"
"Your feet are cold get them off me!"

Astra shook her head and went into the other tent.

Astra, used to sleeping outside found the tent hard to sleep in and slipped outside. She climbed the tree and found a wide sturdy branch and slept. She vanished knowing it wouldnt' drain her energy because of the shadows.
