This time, Leah hesitated before stepping forward. "Well, we'll just make sure it doesn't bite me, then?" She'd never heard of such a powerful ability but that would be even better if she managed to bring it back to the hideout. Of course, she had no wish to be mauled by a creature like that, so she would have to be careful.

She nearly snarled the last part while backing once more, if she get far enough she could use feathered serpent to escape, the thing was fairly armless since it surprisingly didnt had any venom and only an idiot would let the dog size reptil coil around their neck. Hopefully she woudn't have to actualy fight but she had a plan for that too... foo dog was suposed to be a protector right, it woudn't attack without provocation now, right.

Monte slowly began to wake up, still feeling the wound on his ankle. He didnt quite want to open his eyes just yet, although he shifted into a more comfortable position. He slipped his hands into his pants' pockets and put on some spare gloves that were in them.
He heard talking.
He stiffed. Am I not in the alley anymore? He kept his eyes closed and his body stiff, hoping no one would've noticed the movements he made.

Leah was liking this target less and less. Almost without noticing, she leaned back but didn't make a move to step away, although she didn't advance, either. "Why don't you just come with me, we don't need to get messy here," she said as calmly as possible, although she didn't really believe it.

Hatter rolled his eyes, "You big baby, if you don't stand up to the people that are "scary" you will never achieve anything in life," He looked around, frowning, "The military is better then this place."
He realized what he had said and suddenly went quiet, his army boots clanking against the floor. He seemed more guarded now, his eyes betraying nothing but anger and distrust.
