I generally require at least a down-payment. You can pay fully upfront but that's up to you. If you go for the down-payment, the rest would be due when your pets have been completed. :) (Edit: Unless you need more time and let me know ahead of time.)

I'm going to give an estimate of 3 weeks for all your pets to be completed, though I don't expect it to take more than 2. Let me know if you end up needing them sooner and I'll do my best to accomplish your time table.

lol That definitely works. I accept diamonds in place of gold on pretty much everything, at a 1:2000 ratio, with the possible exception of when I run raffles that aren't free. (Free raffles it obviously doesn't need currency. XD)
