A species based off of a serpent that is another relative of the long gone sylestian dragons would be cool. It would be a long serpent with a flaming tail and dragon/bat wings with feathers on the top. The head should look like a alligator head ending in horns. It could have tiger stripes on it.

I can't wait to see some new species, that would be soooo exciting!!

I'm not really good at this but maybe something based of bats, or frogs, or duck could be quite neat.
I really want to see something with like a mermaid's tale, a random idea also just popped into my head, there could be something that resembles a balloon... Do the ideas have to be based of things that are alive or creatures? can they be things like objects or things like shadows and other stuff? I'm not sure, hope to be of some sort of help :)

I don't think there's any rules about what you can or can not suggest but so far all sylesties have been animals. I wouldn't let that neccesarily stop you though from making other suggestions. We don't know what the future may bring. If nothing else, a sylesti might incorporate ideas still. Like Ryories are partially incorporeal. Griffies have crystal wings and tails. There's sylesties with flame manes. Kelparies have manes of water. There's a crystal mutation for Ny'venes. Flowers are parts of Aeridinies. So even if the pets here do all remain animals of some sort there's ways to get other features in.

Just remember it helps to give as much detail to your ideas as well.

Maybe something like a Sphinx?A Hydra?Drakons (basically a giant serpent that sometimes has multiple heads and can breathe fire and can spit deadly venom)?A snake type sylesti?

This might be overly specific but, an Egyptian themed snake? ^-^ I love ancient Egyptian designs/culture and I love snakes so it'd be neat to see a snake with like a Pharaoh Armor options and like hieroglyphic themed markings? Something of that sort. ^-^
