Tanto the Pillar of Earth was gravely wounded and thus could not protect the people or the creatures. However, a young one named Yato calling himself the God of Calamity had said he would take care of the beast in Tanto's place Little did the people know the chaos that would befall. Yato fought the best for 7 full days untill it fell to the earth, but due to the wounds Yato had inflicted the beast's body left a blight on the land causing the crops to turn sour, and the soil to turn to blacken dust. Desperate to see his friend back to health Yato took it upon himself to cleanse the land using an ancient spell to bind the beasts Blight with his own Aura"The paused and looked at one another and grinned " and he was never seen again " Aris was a bit unnerved with the two kits speaking together at the same time, but listened to their story. "So Yato...was a good spirit? With a title like "God of Calamity", you'd think they're evil, but he sounds like he just wanted to help a friend with his power." She tilted her head. "This kind of reminds me of when Twili said everyone disappeared a long time ago."

I try to call out to the Ny'vene to ask her what she saw before the dived back under and my voice was cut short.
