She flopped out of bed, her hair a mess. She slid open the "window" on the door to see who it was.

You see the grinning face of Darren on the other side "You decent?" he asked

Before he opened the door he said "Okay but before I come in you gotta close your eyes okay?" he said sounding very serious

``Uh, sure?`` She raised a brow, closing them.

"Alright keep them closed" He said, you heard the door open, footsteps then the door closed "Alright aaaand open them" Darren said sounding sheepish

You see Darren standing in front of and in his hands he's holding out a small potted plant, and you could tell it wasn't fake it was very real "I uh technically am not allowed to give this to you, but well when I told my brother about my day yesterday he suggested getting you something to make your stay easier so....here it is" he said nervously

She gasped, taking the plant from him. ``I love it! Thank you so much.`` She placed it down and gave him a hug.

He seemed taken aback but after a moment hugged you back "Just uh don't mention it to anyone okay?" he said "I could get in real trouble if the higher-ups find out about this"
