He seemed a little confused the way you had said friend, but he nodded his head anyway " Yeah something like that" he said making his way over to the crates to see what was inside as well
"Did you two really steal that girl? Was it a mistake like you taking me?"
" N-No... Its a little more complicated... I was really little, I had barely learned to walk much less fly" he said a bit nervously as he pulled one of the blankets out from the crates even though there were plenty back at the cavern folding it neatly in an effort to calm himself down as he spoke again " H-He was my Dad... "
Sean Stared at his boots, hoping nobody would talk to him today. This was meant as an offering of peace, Not somewhere to make new best buds. He thumbed his leather knife's sheath in his pocket and imagined himself home, making pottery, Not being here. On a cold, Rainy, boat. Just to see some old scaly people. Not even THAT probably.
(Its okay!! and Sean DOES NOT wanna be here :3)
As the sky above you swirled a few dragons appeared each taking their own boat, the water rippling as their heavy wings disturbed the surface of the lake, after a bit of time the singing stopped and one rather small dragon who was the color of a bright night sky emerged from the clouds. before you knew it the dragon was holding you tightly as the village faded quickly from view...

He sits up listening intently as you explain the details of your dreams the sky darkening outside the cavern all the while as soft thunder was heard in the distance. He was quiet for a moment after you finished not in shock but just seeming to think as he always did before he spoke. " That was about 30 years ago.....As dragons we don't really dream, we just have Memories, and it seems as if I have unknowingly been sharing mine with you... Apologies, they have been more like nightmares for me " he said a tinge of guilt in his voice
I feel bad for bringing it up and quickly reassure him "It's quite alright! It doesn't bother me that much I was just wondering why I was having them is all. I'm sorry they bother you so much."

I nervously ruffle my hair "Oh um no, I've had worse dreams!" I mumble thinking back to nights spent huddled in bed and listening for my father coming home from a night out drinking.

Sloth did not press any further questions rolling back over " The storms going to be rough today.. we should rest it out.." he said softly as the rain started to pitter patter outside

I nod and lay back down to sleep (dream i'm okay with coming up with one if you don't want too ^^)

(alrighty ^^ I'mma have some fun with this)
I open my eyes to a beautiful field of flowers. There are so many and in so many different colors that for a moment i'm blinded by them. once my eyes adjust I smile and kneel down to pick a flower. as I reach for a sparkling blue one it disappears and I find myself crouching on a hard wooden floor. I hear footsteps and looking up see the staircase of my old house. A yellow light filters from the bottom and the shape of a burly an is silhouetted. I yelp and back paddle away looking for a way out but the room is sealed off. Finally my back hits the wall with a thump. I can hear his footsteps coming up the stairs he's yelling something that is lost int eh dream. I feel tears forming and close my eyes firmly curling up and pulling my knees to my chest. Wake up wake up I internally yell.
(you can take this where you want or wake me up. either way I had fun :p)
