He knew his venom was potent, he had something that would at least partially neutralize it on him in human form, but as a human he couldn't breathe underwater, not to mention that it was liquid. If he wanted to make sure she at least wasn't going to die, he would have to get her to shore. Not exactly easy, but maybe he could manage somehow.

Halfway to the surface he shifted into his were form, only slightly larger than the octopus one, but at least that way he could grab her with his arms and back tentacles and propel himself with the ones attached to the bottom of his torso.

Alicia felt the octopus transform. Creepy... Especially when that guy still had tentacles. Arms...human arms and tentacles. Wow. Now, she couldn't even feel her arm. It was completely numb. She felt the rest of her body, slowly, but surely, start to paralyze.

Darius squeezed. Soo wonderfully soft. He was lost in the sensation, not even paying attention to the ball of fire forming in the girl's hand "Aww. so you don't even have your own magic, you need to ask your precious gods to make it for you?" he didn't get any further, as his hand was burned and he stumbled backwards, looking at the burn skin. "I didn't offend you, did I?" He grinned. The pain was bothersome, but eh couldn't let her know he was actually hurt.

Witchy growled and stepped away from him. " Have a guess... " she said. " And the gods make magic everywhere! Without spell gods, there would be no magic in this world... " she said.
She waved the palm with fire and threatening threw a fireball near Darius's feet.

Mostly human arms anyway. The bones didn't seem as straight or solid as they should be, instead they were half soft, soft enough to be compressed, squeezed or bent if he wanted to. But seconds later they broke the surface and he pressed the water out of his lungs, drawing in a huge breath, to strengthen his muscles, then starting to swim toward shore as fast as he could. Breathing air meant more oxygen and he could move a bit faster as well as afford to warm his blood. His fave however looked worried, eyes with their horizontal slitted pupils glancing back and for from her to the shore.

Darius didn't even flinch. "Haha is that really what you think?" I can be a witch or a warlock and I don't need gods, I have my own magic. Some of my people can be gods little witch. You don't know much about the world do you? I though I was bad, but man..." he laughed again, still ignoring his throbbing hand. Of course he didn't have anywhere near enough power to shift into a god yet, but she didn't need to know that.

"I'm gonna be dead..." Alicia mumbled, irritated. She had started to feel not well at all. And breathing had just become a small bit difficult. She had started to lose feeling in her left leg. If Neptune planned this...oh, he...she'd...ugh. Gods.

Witchy couldn't help but laugh. " And you would clearly not be in the group of shapeshifters who can be gods if you try perving on 'little witches'... " she said. She looked at his hand, no way could that not hurt...he seemed to have the same make-up of humans on his hand and not some other humanoid thing...

Dante knew he didn't have much time left. His muscles were hurting, but it wasn't far away now. The water was already shallow, and he was starting to slide and walk over sand with his tentacles instead of actually swimming. She was heavy, as the water receded around him, he started to feel her weight, but it wasn't far now.

Breathing heavily, he put her down on the pebbled of the beach and shifted back to human form. In front of her stood a short young man, dark skin, black hair, t shirt, work jacket, a satchel and long zebra striped swimtrunks, accompanied by flip flops. He was frantically looking inside his vial, before pulling out a plastic bottle, , almost jumping her, before unscrewing the cap, trying to force about a third of it into her mouth. It may not neutralize the poison, but it would spread its effects over time, ensuring that at least she wasn't going to die.

Alicia tried swallowing the liquid...thing. She started not feeling her mouth. She didn't know what this stuff was...
