Appetiser Kueh Pie Tee Kueh Pie Tee: Kueh Pie Tee is a thin and crispy pastry tart shell kuih filled with a spicy, sweet mixture of thinly sliced vegetables and prawns. It is a popular Peranakan dish. The shells are made of flour and though some stores will make them from scratch, they can usually be found ready made in most supermarkets. Similar to popiah, the main filling is shredded Chinese turnips and carrots, and usually these two dishes are sold by the same stall in hawker centers.
Salad Yusheng Yusheng: Yusheng or Prosperity Toss, also known as lo hei, is a cantonese and teochew raw fish salad that was created in the 1930s by Cantonese community in Singapore and Malaya. It is usually eaten during the Chinese New Year - otherwise known as Spring Festival.
Entree Niku Udon Niku Udon Udon is a type of thick wheat flour noodle of Japanese cuisine and is often served hot as a noodle soup in its simplest form, as kake udon, in a mildly flavoured broth called kakejiru, which is made of dashi, soy sauce (shoyu), and mirin. It is usually topped with thinly chopped scallions. Other common toppings include tempura, often prawn or kakiage (a type of mixed tempura fritter), niku (beef), or aburaage, a type of deep-fried tofu pockets seasoned with sugar, mirin, and soy sauce. A thin slice of kamaboko, a halfmoon-shaped fish cake, is often added. Shichimi can be added to taste.
Dessert Kueh Lapis Kueh Lapis: Kueh Lapis is a Makanan Khas or specialty food from Indonesia. It is a light, layered cake that is available in many different flavors. This cake has its origins in the Dutch colonial period in Indonesia, and over the years the recipe has been perfected by local bakers throughout Indonesia.

Warning: This is the "Elimination" Round, Who will win? Who will get first/second place? Who will leave with nothing? There are no Elimination prizes for this one, and there are only a 1st and 2nd place, but no 3rd....
I've draftednominated a couple of players to tell the remaining competitors what to bake/cook.
