(Hideout, heading to Ratways.)
Wes took a few knives to his bad knee and down his other leg with a wince, kicking him hard in the chest with his steel-toed boot of his good leg in retaliation.
He blew the door open.
"I am second in command here. You hurt them. You hurt me. My life is dedicated to this group and I would freely give my life to defend every single member of it. I wouldn't expect you to understand that when you fail to understand simple commands."
With the door open to the night breeze, the wind around the two seemed to be picking up, drawing around Hatter's neck and shoulders as Wes tried to draw more and more air in through the hideout.
"You treat this as a game. Even if I die here, you would be hunted to your death, dog, for making an enemy of Salvation Silence. Rei would have your head personally for attacking Lyla and myself. I can guarantee that much. Move."

Kiyo
(Hideout)
The wound was nasty for sure, but it didn't look like it needed more than some deep stitches. He was relieved that Lyla would be able to keep her arm, not exactly trained to go about dealing with anything more severe.
It really wouldn't be good for them to get the attention of the authorities by bringing anyone into the hospital over a gang fight.
"Don't look at it. It'll just freak you out, Ly. Hold still." He waved a hand, making a set of suturing tools out of smoke as he cleaned the edges of the wound with some gauze dabbed in peroxide and pulled some thread from the kit.

Miko
(Station)
Miko had seen enough crap at this point the whole 'turning into a dog' thing didn't even phase her. ****ing Marked.
"Sir, can I get your location? An address maybe, so we can send dispatch?"

Lyla Sky
Location: Hideout

"I'm... sorry for what I said earlier. I don't... really fear her. Just... I fear her when she's mad, you know?" She flinched a little at the peroxide sting. Her eyes filled with tears again.

Montgomery Moon
Location: Hideout

"It's okay, Ly. I'm pretty sure you didn't mean it." He sat down, hands still in his pockets. Tears rolled down his cheeks.

Kiyo
(Hideout)
"Don't apologize, think that's pretty reasonable." Kiyo said with a smile to mask his own nerves as he worked on stitching the wound closed to stop her bleeding.
"Honestly, sometimes I don't even know where I stand with her. She runs a pretty tight ship, but I know she cares about us.. Oh, by the way, I believe it goes without saying, but you may want to rest for a few days. You've.. lost a lot of blood."

Hatter
(Hideout)
Hatter felt the air get knocking out of him as he hit the wall laying dazed for a couple of seconds. He could barely hear his words over the howl of the wind, he could feel blackness crush around him for a second but he pushed it away. He could feel the wind rustle his clothes and he felt.. ashamed. He could remember the days he trained, when people were always mean. Weakling. Puny, he could hear the general yelling in his head, memories circling like hawks. It was the word dog that made him remember something he tried to forget.
He tried to struggle free of the people who held him in place, his heart racing with panic.
"Lily! Let her go," He yelled watching them push her head below the water, "No!"
He watched in horror as she kicked and thrashed, but they wouldn't let her escape. After a minute she stopped moving altogether and Hatter sobbed, her death was his fault...
His memories faded away and he felt sadness rise up in him. He grabbed a knife, looking up at Wes with mad eyes.
"You are lucky you are able to save others, I wish I was as lucky as you," He drove the knife towards his own heart, ready to end everything, for good.

Wes stared down at him without an ounce of remorse and watched. In his mind, it was justified. If this boy intended to take his life after so brazenly trying to take the lives of others, who was he to stop him.
They'd have to dispose of the body, of course, but at this point, he was almost glad not to have the responsibility of his death in his own hands.
"Good riddance."

Kiyo
(Hideout)
"Well.. After that one.."
Kiyo gestured to the sounds of commotion down the hall, just out of sight.
"You see why we're a bit hesitant to ask. Ly, what do you think?"

Joji
(Plaza)

Kim crouched down, snapping her fingers and calling her dog, trying to lure him out.
"Something must be really wrong if he'd act like this. He's usually so friendly and stupid, almost never defensive."



Rei
(Residential area)

She had been looking for Leshian for a few minutes now, not exactly sure where to look. She'd have found him by now if his mind wasn't so occupied.
Rosie had spent a lot of her little adventure wondering if the others were safe. She was always weary of new comers, especially those such as Hatter.

DeHaro
(Plaza)
"..Do you hear growling?"
DeHaro turned, looking off in the distance and squinting his eyes to try and make out the scene to little avail.

Joji

"Ya, but it's just...oh wait, that's not boss. What is it?" She got up and looked at whatever the noise might have been coming from. It was kind of hard to tell, and most of her attention was still on boss' strange behavior.

The human behind her was now chatting to a metal box, what was with this speacie and metal things coudn't they see how unnatural it was. Her growling got louder as the dog like guardian was starting running out of patience toward the other speacie.
